      北京现代城市发展研究中心成立于2013年9月,涉外调查许可证编号:国统涉外证字第1863号,涉外调查业务接受国家统计局指导。中心以“益民为本”为宗旨,致力于开展城乡发展战略、产业发展与产业规划、城市水资源、城市应急管理、区域经济与社会发展、生态与人文建设、国际社会发展等领域的调查研究,聚焦经济社会发展重点、热点问题,汇聚相关领域专家学者,以新思想、新方法、新观念,协同创新、赋能决策,为政界、学界、业界搭建沟通交流平台,凝聚多元力量,推动经济社会绿色低碳高质量发展。

      中心拥有来自政府部门、高校院所、科研机构等相关领域的专家团队,以合作方需求为本,与多地区、多城市建立了战略合作伙伴或经济顾问关系,近年来形成了《西部循环经济创新产业城项目可行性报告》、《长三角珠三角区域经济发展市场调查研究报告》、《敦煌的生态护理与区域经济发展方式转变课题调研报告》、《普洱市市场主体发展现状及对策研究项目等研究报告》等高质量研究成果,获一致好评。中心获得联合国开发及计划属(UNDP)全球环境基金小额赠款计划支持并保持紧密合作,开展零废弃社区示范点建设,发展可持续的废弃物管理模式,为推动中国无废城市建设做出积极贡献。

      业务介绍

      理论研究:开展城乡发展战略研究;区域经济咨询;市场调查研究;城乡生态文明建设研究;城乡社会管理和社区建设服务研究;产业发展与产业规划研究;历史名城与文化遗产保护、旧城与古城镇保护改造、自然与文化遗产保护研究;新型城镇化、户籍制度、房地产与人口流动研究;城市水资源与节水、交通、环保等城市应急管理等领域的研究。

      舆情监测:舆情大数据监测平台,能够7×24小时对互联网信息(网站100000余家、论坛5000多家、纸媒1300多家、境外重点媒体3000多家;重点长博2000余个;约100万知名自媒体、活跃网民、大V的微博、抖音号、小红书号、百度百家号、微信公众号等)进行实时监测、采集、内容提取、自动消重,梳理全网涉及行业相关动态信息、预警信息、热点事件,分析信息来源、热度走势、地域分布等,并能按照客户的需求定制信息分类规则。

      专题调研:中心组织相关城乡管理专家,对我国城乡管理及发展进行深层次调研;开展城乡经济发展调研;城乡经济成长指标和引导体系调研;城乡公共服务和社情民意调研等。定期形成报告,向相关部委报送。

      创新合作:中心高举社会主义的伟大旗帜,发扬务实创新的科学精神,与众多城市形成战略合作伙伴或经济顾问关系,同时肩负国家城市发展重大课题的即时性和前瞻性研究任务。结合自身发展需要,坚持走科研与经营、理论与实践相结合的道路,为推进我国城乡文明建设与经济发展贡献应有的力量。

      社会责任:为了支持我国社会福利事业的发展,中心与中国社会福利基金会共同发起成立“城乡发展基金”,并成立“中国城乡发展基金管理委员会”。秉承以民为本、关注民生、扶危济困、共享和谐的宗旨,多渠道组织专项基金,支持贫困地区健康发展,救助城乡弱势群体。截至2023年底,已向社会各界累计捐款捐物超过2200万元。


        Beijing Modern Urban Development Research Center is a research institution established in September 2013, holding a foreign-related survey license with the number Guo Tong Wai Zheng Zi No. 1863. The center operates under the guidance of the National Bureau of Statistics. Committed to the principle of "benefiting the people," the center focuses on conducting research and studies in various fields such as urban and rural development strategies, industrial development and planning, urban water resources, urban emergency management, regional economic and social development, ecological and cultural construction, as well as international social development. It concentrates on key and pressing issues in economic and social development, bringing together experts and scholars from relevant fields to foster innovation through new ideas, methods, and concepts, empowering decision-making, and building a communication platform for government, academic, and industry sectors to unite diverse forces and promote green, low-carbon, high-quality economic and social development.

        The center boasts an expert team from government departments, universities, research institutions, and other related fields. It prioritizes the needs of its partners and has established strategic partnerships or economic advisory relationships with multiple regions and cities. In recent years, it has produced high-quality research reports such as the "Feasibility Report on the Western Circular Economy Innovation Industrial City Project," the "Market Research Report on Regional Economic Development in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta," the "Research Report on Ecological Care and Transformation of Regional Economic Development Modes in Dunhuang," and the "Research Project on Market Entity Development Status and Countermeasures in Pu'er City," all of which have been highly praised. The center has received support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Global Environment Facility Small Grants Program and maintains close cooperation, contributing actively to China's construction of waste-free cities by developing sustainable waste management models and constructing demonstration sites for zero-waste communities.


        Business Introduction:

        Theoretical Research: Conducts research on urban and rural development strategies; regional economic consulting; market investigations; urban and rural ecological civilization construction; urban and rural social management and community service research; industrial development and planning; protection of historical cities and cultural heritage, renovation of old towns and ancient villages, natural and cultural heritage conservation; new urbanization, household registration systems, real estate, and population mobility; urban water resources and water conservation, transportation, environmental protection, and other urban emergency management research.

        Public Sentiment Monitoring: Operates a big data monitoring platform for public sentiment that can monitor the internet (over 100,000 websites, more than 5,000 forums, over 1,300 print media outlets, more than 3,000 key overseas media sources; approximately 2,000 major blogs; around 1 million known self-media accounts, active netizens, and VIP Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Baijiahao, WeChat public accounts, etc.) 24/7. It performs real-time monitoring, data collection, content extraction, automatic deduplication, organizing industry-related dynamic information, early warning signs, hot events across the entire network, analyzing sources, popularity trends, geographical distributions, and can customize information categorization rules according to client needs.

        Special Research: The center organizes relevant urban and rural management experts to conduct in-depth research on China's urban and rural management and development; carries out research on urban and rural economic development; urban and rural economic growth indicators and guidance systems; public services and public sentiment in urban and rural areas. It regularly produces reports and submits them to the relevant ministries and commissions.

        Innovative Cooperation: The center upholds the great banner of socialism and the spirit of pragmatic innovation. It forms strategic partnerships or economic advisory relationships with many cities while undertaking immediate and forward-looking research tasks on major national urban development topics. Combining its own development needs, it adheres to the path of integrating scientific research with business operations, theory with practice, contributing to the advancement of China's urban and rural civilization construction and economic development.

        Social Responsibility: To support the development of China's social welfare undertakings, the center has jointly initiated the establishment of the "Urban and Rural Development Fund" with the China Social Welfare Foundation and set up the "China Urban and Rural Development Fund Management Committee." Adhering to the principles of people-oriented, focusing on people's livelihood, helping the needy, and sharing harmony, the center organizes special funds through multiple channels to support healthy development in impoverished areas and assist vulnerable groups in urban and rural areas. By the end of 2023, it has donated more than 22 million yuan in cash and materials to all sectors of society.
